Brand Strategy & Brand Design Lead | B2B, SaaS & AI

For this project, the client is seeking an experienced professional to strategically and creatively co-develop a new AI and SaaS brand from the outset. The goal is to build a distinctive, modern brand that combines project management with a user-centric, agent-based AI platform. The platform supports people throughout all project phases, from initiation to knowledge management. This involves close collaboration with an established consulting firm that contributes extensive experience and brand recognition.

The tasks and the project include:

• Brand Strategy & Positioning: Defining the brand essence, positioning, and key brand messages, as well as developing the brand narrative, ideally through workshops. Strategic sparring and structuring of existing ideas.
• Creative Brand Development: Development of different creative brand routes, joint evaluation and further development with the team, and involvement of selected superusers in the validation process.
• Brand Design System: Development and refinement of a scalable brand design system including logo, colors, typography, imagery, icons, illustrations, and design elements. Creation of clear design principles and reusable building blocks for a consistent impact across product and communication.
• Brand rollout: Transferring the brand to key touchpoints such as the website and landing page, presentations and pitch decks, as well as other marketing, sales, and communication materials. Optionally, the development of explanatory graphics, animations, and motion elements for complex product features.

The required profile:

• Proven experience in building brands from the ground up, both strategically and creatively, with the ability to translate strategic considerations into a clear visual identity.
• Experience with digital products, ideally SaaS platforms or complex B2B technology products. Experience in AI or start-up environments is a plus.
• Solid experience in brand rollout, especially in the design and further development of websites, presentations, pitch decks and marketing materials.
• Strong ability to creatively implement visual concepts and present complex technological and product-related content in an understandable way.
• Flexibility in the start-up environment to act independently in a dynamic environment with clear goals and evolving details.
