The BA will be working in a team working on different projects (2-3 projects) to offer and develop products to international corporate clients. We are looking for a dedicated BA with between 5 to 10 years experience as a BA and willing and eager to continue a career as BA (This is not a Project Management role). It is essential that the candidate has knowledge and experience with International Cash Management and Payments. The candidate needs to be pro-active and a strong individual able to manage responsibilities and also be a good communicator with stakeholders. Candidates need to be fluent in English. Only English CV’s will be considered.

Objective:
• To undertake business analysis on systems within the banking business arena;
• To support the testing process;

Result/ Deliverable:
• Business specifications;
• Testware;

Wensen en eisen:
• Manage small discrete projects on own with limited supervision or specific workstreams of more complex/critical projects, under supervision of a Change Manager / Senior Change Manager / Project Manager;
• Knowledge of project management, i.e. based on PRINCE2, with a focus on business side, i.e. creating business cases and requirements gathering;
• Knowledge about implementation processes, i.e. perform tasks to get a (new) product fully embedded into the organization. This includes getting acceptance from Operations and Client Services;
• Communication: being able to face of to various stakeholders in a large organization: Client Services, Operations, Product Managers, Sales, Technology;
• Knowledge of International Cash Management and Payments. Electronic banking, internet systems, SWIFT, international regulations: SEPA / PSD, etc. is a bonus;
• Experience working with a (international) Bank or other financial institute is essential;
• Preferred experience with ABN AMRO and/or RBS, knowledge of current infrastructure, products, organisation, and RBS Framework;
• Experience of running analysis/design workshops;
• Proven whole project life cycle track record;
• Experience on Sales eCommerce and Sales management processes;
• Excellent analysis/problem solving skills with ability to document results clearly & concisely;
• Create use cases and low level requirements;
• Excellent Business product knowledge of FX MM products;
• Able to produce comprehensive analysis based on Management of Information Reports;
• Good English written and spoken.
