Beide haben viel Erfahrung in der Reparatur und Bedienung von Maschinen sowie viel Erfahrung in der Landwirtschaft.

Hello, I’m Justin. I’m 26 years old and have been farming since I can remember. I’m looking at purchasing a family friends 3200 acre farm. It’s located in the Buchanan Rm of Saskatchewan. It’s black sand soil which produces exceptionally great crops. This area of Saskatchewan has lots of rain fall through out the year with high levels of snow in the winter. There is lots of bush in the area which keeps field prices down if you’re wanting to expand more acres. My 5- works year plan is to be at 8000- 10,000 acres. This would be a great investment opportunity with investment returns being 2%- 8% each year depending on initial investment amount. I’m looking for €6,000,000 as the initial investment. We grow lentils, peas, wheat, canola in the area. There is lots of land in the area to grow into and pick up with future growth of the farm. In 2022 we had a drought season and we still turned a profit from the low inputs. A year with great crops you can see 65 bushel canola, 80 bushel pea crops and 65 bushel wheat crops. Average years are 50 bushel canola crops, 70 bushel pea crops, and 50 bushel wheat crops.
