• We are looking for someone who has a general purchasing experience.
• Someone who is operational strong, hands-on and who can lead negotiations.
• Banking experience.
• Candidates with max 5 years experience should be interesting for the role.
• We are not looking for a experienced project manager but a hands-on operational purchaser

• To ensure that the best possible price and conditions are obtained during the purchase of goods and services by the Bank;
• To manage the total cost of ownership for a given category of goods purchased by the Bank;
• Market/vendor research;
• Advice regarding the purchase of goods or service resources, based on the total cost of ownership;
• Sourcing strategies;
• Vendor request for information/proposal;
• Negotiations strategies;
• Vendor contracts;
• Proposals regarding purchasing policy and process;
• Closed contract benchmarks.

Wensen en eisen:
• Specialization/experience in the area of resourcing and HR is required, without this specialization the candidate is not suitable for this job.
