Wir sind ein Startup in der Region Amsterdam. Wir streben danach, die Transaktionskosten für Mikrokredite, u.a. an syrische Flüchtlinge, durch den Einsatz von Fintech zu senken. Derzeit führen wir ein Pilotprojekt in Jordanien durch und möchten in die MENA-Region expandieren.



Wir sind ein kleines Team bestehend aus enthusiastischen freiberuflichen Fachkräften. Wir suchen einen Entwickler, um das Team zu verstärken und unser Produkt auf die nächste Stufe zu heben.

Wir verfügen bereits über die Technologie, um die benötigten Informationen von Antragstellern zu erhalten.



Der nächste Schritt ist, dies zu einem Lernprozess zu machen und die notwendigen Dashboards und mobilen Apps zu erstellen. Da unser Service stark technologiegetrieben ist, suchen wir einen Top-Edge-Entwickler, um unsere Pläne für die nahe Zukunft zu realisieren. Lieferobjekte und Verantwortlichkeiten:

• Entwicklung von Dashboards, automatischem Scoring und Anwendungen;


• Erstellung technischer Designs auf Basis funktionaler Spezifikationen;


• Übernahme der End-to-End-Verantwortung für die Produkte;


• Kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Produkten und Prozessen.

• Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung mit Python und Django;


• Master- oder Bachelor-Abschluss in IT (oder verwandtem Studiengang);

We are a fintech startup in the area of Amsterdam. We aim to lower transaction costs for microcredits, a.o. to Syrian refugees, by employing fintech. We currently pilot in Amman, Jordan and are aiming to expand in the MENA-region. We are a small team consisting of enthusiastic professionals. Deliverables and responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, automatic scoring and applications;

• Create technical designs based on functional specification;

• Take end-to-end responsibility for the products;

• Maintaining products by monitoring and correcting defects;

• Continuous improvement of products and processes.



Competence

• Experience with software development in Python and Django;

• Master or bachelor’s degree in computer science (or related study);
• Proven capability to speak "business language";
• Used to work in complex technical environments;
• Used to work in global teams;
• Team-player and can-do mentality;
• Experience with agile methodologies like SCRUM and / or DevOps.
