Project description
A Migration Consultant is end-to-end responsible for the successful migration of one of the bank's electronic delivery channel called Access Direct Client. The migration consultant will be - in a migration - a project manager, software tester, and product expert providing information to clients to ensure completion on time and with excellent quality.
Key Performance Areas/Responsibilities (KPA’s) :
• Responsible and accountable for the upgrade of the Channel solution to the full satisfaction of the client including training and initial support during the migration process.
• Responsible for analysing client requirements, and matching them to product capabilities, and communicating when gaps exist
• Communicator of all potential delivery obstacles – Internal/External
• Delivers the complete migration documentation. This documentation is used for client support purposes.
• Presenting solutions to clients when needed
• Shares knowledge and experience with team mates
• Cooperates with and supports colleagues in Client Service
Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) :
• Number of Customer queries received by client services after handover
• High scores on client satisfaction / implementation surveys
• Time Duration of the migration project
• Providing management information to the Project Manager
• Successful migration in one go
The following activities need to be performed:
- Perform outbound call(s) verifying if clients received letter
- Perform outbound call(s) verifying if clients understand upcoming changes
- Align with the client on the migration timelines
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to align on approach client per client migration
- Execute the migration together with the client. (local or remote)
- Document and report migration progress
Skills
Business knowledge
• Experience in implementation of electronic banking products and services
• Project process experience
• Client Facing experience, sales and/or support
• MS Office Skills, especially
- Excel
- Access
Required technical skills
• IT Knowledge and experience for at least 2 years
• Microsoft Windows knowledge (installation applications, permissions, etc.)
• Network knowledge (proxies, firewalls, etc.)
• Knowledge of the Transaction Banking / International Cash Management business
• Project Management skills
• Knowledge of electronic banking
• Affinity with various electronic banking standards available in the market (formats, communication, security)
• Presentation/Communication skills
• English at excellent level, verbal and writing
• Knowledge of relationship bank and corporate client
• Holds valid EU passport

- The contractor will be fulltime busy with migrating

- Projects are Global/EMEA. It is possible that the contractor has to travel

Maximum rate is € 67,50 per hour (all in, ex VAT)
