We are looking for a platform administrator for CORE (ServiceNow) for a client .

Workload: Part-time or full-time / 80% - 100%
100% Remote
Language: German C1
Tasks:
Operation and administration of the ServiceNow platform
Managing users, roles, and permissions
Support for upgrades, releases, clones, and deployments
Analysis and resolution of technical problems as well as performance optimization
Contributing to CMDB, discovery, and integration topics
Advising developers and stakeholders on platform standards and best practices
Technical support and training of a junior platform administrator
Requirements:
Several years of experience as a ServiceNow administrator or platform administrator
Good knowledge of the ServiceNow platform
Experience in at least three of the following areas:
ITSM
CMDB
Discovery
Integrations
App Engine / Platform Administration
Experience with user and role management, upgrades, and troubleshooting
Experience in supporting, guiding, or professionally leading junior resources is an advantage.
