For our webshop and our own mattress brand, Alvano Bedding, we are looking for a dedicated freelance Social Media & Growth Partner to help us further increase our online visibility and sales.
We sell mattresses, toppers, bed frames, bedding, and sleep comfort products, among other things. We are active through our own webshop and various sales platforms and now want to use Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook much more professionally and actively.
What will you do?
• Conceptualize and create content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
• Publish Reels, posts, and stories
• Develop promotions and campaigns
• Suggest ways to drive more traffic to Nachtcomfort.nl
• Help increase our followers and reach
• Respond to trends and opportunities on social media
• Work proactively to generate more inquiries and sales
• Track and improve results.
We're not just looking for someone to occasionally create a nice post. We're looking for someone with a commercial mindset who wants to work with us on the growth of Nachtcomfort and Alvano Bedding.
Compensation:
We prefer a performance-based/commission-based collaboration. You'll receive an attractive commission on sales demonstrably generated through your social media efforts.
We'll agree on the exact commission rate and measurement method together. Consider, for example, discount codes, specific links, or other measurable campaigns.
With strong results, there's the possibility of a long-term collaboration and an expansion of responsibilities.
Who are we looking for?
• Freelancer/Self-Employed Individual
• Experience with Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
• Creative and commercially minded
• Experience with online shops/e-commerce is a big plus
• Ability to work independently and contribute your own ideas
• An affinity for interior design, home decor, lifestyle, or sleep products is advantageous
