Agnes Agency Advertising Agency is seeking an experienced and independent sales professional to acquire new SME clients in Austria.
The focus is on selling professional web design services. Additional services such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, ChatGPT Ads, search engine optimization, graphic design, and logo design can also be offered.
Responsibilities
: - Independent identification of suitable target companies
- Cold calling via phone and digital channels
- Establishing initial contact and determining specific needs
- Qualifying leads and developing concrete sales opportunities
- Coordination with Agnes Agency to develop suitable proposals
- Supporting the sales process until handover to our team
- Identifying cross-selling and upselling potential
- We handle the final closing once the client has expressed concrete interest in implementation.
Desired Profile
- Proven experience in B2B acquisition or sales
- Ideally, experience with web design, marketing, or agency services
- Good knowledge of the Austrian market
- Excellent communication skills in German
- High level of self-motivation, reliability, and results orientation
- Ability to independently manage your own acquisition activities

Terms and Conditions
The collaboration is on a freelance basis. The compensation model is performance-based and combines a fixed fee with variable success commissions, as agreed upon.
With an increasing number of new customers acquired or higher sales generated, the commission can also increase incrementally. The specific terms and success levels will be agreed upon jointly.
