We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst (m/f/d) for Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) for one of our top clients.

This is a freelance project that starts ASAP and offers a duration of 12 months, with an option to extend.

The work is primarily remote, with the exception of 1-2 days/month on-site in Vienna.

Tasks:

Analysis, structuring and documentation of requirements from the business units in the areas of demand management, portfolio management, project management, resource management and company-wide agile planning.
Conducting workshops to capture, refine, and prioritize requirements.
Advising stakeholders on standard and out-of-the-box functionalities of ServiceNow SPM with the aim of reducing customer-specific customizations to an absolute minimum.
Implementation of business requirements into user stories, features and acceptance criteria for agile implementation teams.
Close collaboration with product owners, architects, developers and stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of the requirements.
Technical support for testing, reviews and acceptance procedures

Your qualifications:

Completed IT training (university, university of applied sciences)
Several years of experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Consultant in ServiceNow projects.
Solid knowledge in at least three of the following areas:
Demand Management
Portfolio Management
Project management
Resource management
Enterprise Agile Planning (EAP)
Experience in conducting and moderating workshops with executives and stakeholders from the business units.
Experience in formulating user stories and acceptance criteria for agile teams.
Very good knowledge of agile working methods (Scrum, SAFe).
Excellent German and English skills (min. C1)

Their hourly rate is negotiable depending on their qualifications.
