A company within a corporate environment is seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Product Owner to provide technical leadership for a ServiceNow project in the area of ??Enterprise Architecture and Portfolio Management. The focus will be on the structured capture of complex requirements, the further development of the product backlog, and collaboration with business units and agile development teams.

Start: ASAP, no later than October 14, 2026
Duration: 6 months, extension option possible
Remote/On-Site: Hybrid, on-site presence especially for PI Plannings, workshops and important coordination meetings.
Occupancy: 50%
Languages: German (fluent), English (at least B2+)

YOUR TASKS

Capture, structuring and prioritization of technical requirements in the ServiceNow environment.
Maintenance, prioritization, and continuous development of the product backlog.
Close coordination with stakeholders from the business unit, enterprise architecture, and IT.
Coordination with development teams to clarify technical issues.
Support in the introduction and optimization of strategic portfolio management processes.
Participation in demand and portfolio management.
Creation and maintenance of comprehensible requirements documentation.
Derivation and coordination of user stories as well as clear acceptance criteria.
Preparation and active participation in PI Plannings, workshops and other agile ceremonies.
Moderation of important votes and ensuring a consistent professional understanding.

YOUR TALENTS

Must-Have

Several years of experience as a Business Analyst, Senior Business Analyst or Product Owner in the ServiceNow environment.
Excellent experience in stakeholder management across various hierarchical levels.
Confident handling of the capture, structuring and prioritization of complex requirements.
Experience with agile frameworks such as Scrum or SAFe.
Practical experience in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical documentation.
Excellent communication and moderation skills.
Independent, structured and solution-oriented work style.
German language skills at a negotiation-level fluency and English language skills at least at B2+ level.

Nice-to-have

Experience in the field of Enterprise Architecture.
Project experience with Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
Knowledge of demand and portfolio management.
Relevant ServiceNow certifications, such as CSA or SPM.
Experience in SAFe organizations and in preparing PI Plannings.
