Freelance Lead Expert Ignition Systems

My tasks:

Overall technical responsibility for ignition systems within the engineering organization
Development and continuous improvement of ignition systems for gas engines
Technical management of development projects from requirements gathering to field validation
Definition of technical requirements and coordination with interdisciplinary development teams
Conducting and supporting root cause analyses for field problems
Collaboration with suppliers for the technical qualification of components
Evaluation of new ignition technologies and participation in the technology and product strategy

My qualifications:

Solid development experience in the field of ignition systems or ignition system development
In-depth knowledge of internal combustion engines, gas engines or gas turbines
Experience with hardware development processes
Expertise in FMEA, risk analysis and technical validation
Experience in the technical management of development projects
Very good understanding of systems in the area of ??ignition and combustion
