A large company with a complex IT landscape and an established enterprise architecture team is seeking a technically skilled ServiceNow Developer. The role will focus on further developing the platform, integrations, and close collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

Start: ASAP, no later than October 14th.
Duration: Long-term project with extension option
Remote/On-Site: Remote work with on-site participation in workshops, PI planning, and important coordination meetings.
Occupancy: 100%
Language: German at least B2+ and English at least B2+

YOUR CHALLENGE

Further development and configuration of the ServiceNow platform in an enterprise architecture environment
Implementation of requirements in JavaScript and the common ServiceNow components
Conception, implementation and optimization of integrations and interfaces
Working with relevant modules and topics such as Enterprise Architecture, SPM, Integration Hub and Agile Development
Analysis of existing processes and their transformation into scalable, maintainable ServiceNow solutions.
Coordination of technical solutions with Enterprise Architects, Product Owners and other stakeholders
Active participation in agile teams, for example according to Scrum or SAFe
Structured documentation of solutions, technical decisions and work results
Independent management of assigned tasks and proactive communication regarding progress, risks, and dependencies.

YOUR TALENTS

Must-Have

Several years of professional experience in ServiceNow development
Excellent knowledge of JavaScript as well as common ServiceNow components and development tools
Proven experience with integrations, interfaces and the Integration Hub
Experience in agile project teams, ideally with Scrum, SAFe or similar methods
Independent, structured and solution-oriented work style
Excellent communication skills and a high degree of personal responsibility in interactions with technical and professional stakeholders.

Nice-to-have

Experience with Enterprise Architecture or Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
Knowledge in the areas of CMDB and CSDM
ServiceNow certifications, such as CSA, CAD or CIS
