Freelance Right Hand for Marketing & Sales Support (2 to 3 hours per week, fully online)
Mahé Marketing & Advies supports B2B companies, startups, and manufacturing businesses with their online marketing: SEO, Google Ads, email marketing, social media, and websites in WordPress (Divi) and Shopify. The agency is growing, and I want to manage this growth in a controlled manner. Therefore, I'm not looking for a contractor for individual projects, but rather a dedicated right hand who handles recurring tasks, thinks proactively about smarter solutions, and keeps the sales process running smoothly.
What you will do:
You will start with 2 to 3 hours per week. This is intentionally limited so we can train you and determine if it's a good fit. As the number of clients grows, your hours will increase accordingly.
Sales and lead generation: You will monitor proposal platforms and incoming inquiries, ensure nothing is overlooked, and manage leads in Teamleader CRM. Occasionally, you'll also actively seek out clients: You'll contact companies that are a good fit for Mahé via LinkedIn, email, or phone, and schedule introductory meetings. I create proposals myself; you'll ensure they're ready on time, contain the correct information, and that follow-up is done. You'll handle
recurring marketing tasks for clients, including SEO optimization, basic maintenance of Google Ads campaigns, newsletter creation and distribution, and minor website adjustments. This is always done within the established parameters and corporate design guidelines.
Content and design: You'll create engaging and effective social media posts and simple visuals in Canva, aligned with the client's corporate design. You don't need to be a graphic designer, but you have a good eye for visuals and know when something is finished.
Mahé's own website: A new version is ready. You'll help finalize it and improve it in terms of structure, content, basic SEO, and conversion.
Processes and structure. You'll document recurring tasks in checklists and templates, further set up Teamleader, and help establish a solid weekly and monthly structure. The goal: transferable work that doesn't just exist in my head.
Here's what an average week looks like
: One hour of sales: checking inquiries and platforms, updating Teamleader, following up on leads, and making some targeted acquisition contacts. One to two hours of operational work: a newsletter, a series of social media posts, an SEO campaign, or an adjustment on your own website or for a client. Short check-ins in between. You decide when you work, but we'll agree on deadlines and fixed hours, and ideally, you'd work during the day so we can communicate quickly. I don't work evenings.
Who I'm looking for
You have experience in online marketing at an operational level (SEO and SEA), website management, and social media. Experience with Divi and Shopify is a plus, and proficiency with Canva is essential. You're not afraid to approach businesses and start conversations. You work in a structured manner, think commercially, and can work independently without needing me to spoon-feed you everything. You've already worked for multiple clients simultaneously and know how to handle client data confidentially.

You'll work with your own equipment; I'll provide access to Teamleader, websites, and a Mahé email address for client communication. Since you'll be working with customer data, quotes, and internal processes, we'll sign a non-disclosure agreement.
