I am looking for a senior freelance consultant/recruitment specialist who can support me in identifying and applying for suitable freelance and contract opportunities across Poland, Austria, Germany/DACH, the Netherlands, the Nordics and Spain.
I currently work as a Senior Solutions Manager in the banking sector, with extensive experience in IT transformation, banking, payments, project and delivery management, stakeholder management and complex IT programs. I am also Leading SAFe certified.
I am primarily targeting senior-level positions such as:
Senior Delivery Lead
Transformation Lead / Transformation Manager
Senior Program Manager
Senior Project Manager – Banking / Financial Services
Agile Delivery Manager
Senior Solution Manager
Payments / Banking Transformation Lead
I would like support with finding relevant opportunities, assessing which roles are a strong match for my profile, tailoring my CV and LinkedIn profile where necessary, and preparing strong applications. I am particularly interested in B2B/freelance contracts, preferably remote or hybrid, with international banks, fintechs, financial institutions and consulting companies.
My goal is to build a strong pipeline of high-quality senior consulting opportunities in Europe and position myself for increasingly strategic transformation and delivery leadership roles.
The budget for this support is open for discussion depending on the scope of work and the level of involvement required.
