We are looking for a network and IT security specialist for one of our clients in Vienna.

Tasks:

Supporting the network team in the operation and further development of the enterprise network infrastructure
Analysis and troubleshooting of network, security, and system platform malfunctions
Implementation of security requirements and security best practices
Collaboration on architecture, migration and infrastructure projects

Skills:

Solid Linux/Unix knowledge, ideally also BSD
Nice to have: Experience in operating Web Application Firewalls (F5 BIG-IP)
Experience with Cisco and/or Palo Alto components
Experience in implementing security best practices (e.g., segmentation, isolation, hardening) in sensitive environments

Project location: Vienna (on site)

Project start: October

Project duration: End of 2027 + option to extend
