Good day,

We are looking for an experienced Reporting & Data Warehouse expert with strong requirements engineering skills to support the design and implementation of reporting solutions across various business units. The ideal candidate combines a solid business intelligence background with practical experience in Power BI , SSRS , and SSIS and can effectively bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Project:

Start: October/November
Duration: initial contract for 3 months (high probability of extension afterwards)
Employment type : Freelance
Occupancy: Part-time
Location: 90% remote // 10% on-site in the Neunkirchen area
Project languages: English (Fluent), German (Fluent)

Profile:

3+ years of experience in reporting and data warehouse environments
Strong expertise in Power BI
Good knowledge of SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
Good knowledge of SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
Proven experience in requirements engineering
Experience with data integration and business intelligence solutions
Strong analytical skills as well as communication and stakeholder management skills.

Tasks:

Capture, analyze, and document business requirements
They act as an interface between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Consulting regarding reporting feasibility, data availability and solution design
Design and implementation of reporting solutions for purchasing, planning, production and quality assurance
Identification, evaluation and integration of relevant data sources into the data warehouse
Creation and optimization of reports and dashboards using Power BI
Advancing topics from requirements engineering to implementation
Ensuring data quality and supporting the continuous improvement of reporting processes
