We are looking for a software developer specializing in development-related testing (SDET) for a public sector client.
Tasks:
-Development of software solutions based on Java Enterprise Edition / Jakarta EE (Fullstack) as part of an agile implementation team
-Implementation of specifications described in the form of use cases or user stories (design, development and integration of Java and JEE components)
- Development of interfaces with web services (SOAP and REST), JMS and JPA to databases - Execution of object-oriented system analyses and designs
-Conducting design and code reviews -Creating and maintaining program documentation
-Agile testing and taking on the tester role in Scrum or Kanban environments -Conducting white-box, grey-box and black-box tests
-Conception and implementation, especially of automated tests
-Conducting integration tests using a project-specific test framework
-Careful test and deviation documentation
Knowledge and skills:
-At least 3 years of professional experience in software development with a focus on Java
-Several years of project experience in large agile projects
-Very good Java skills
-Good HTML and XML skills
- Knowledge of implementing predefined designs (JSF/PrimeFaces, EJB, JPA, CDI)
- Very good knowledge of common tools and technologies in the Java environment, especially Maven, Eclipse, IntelliJ, Git, JBoss, Hibernate, Weld, Spring, JUnit and Jenkins - Experience in reading and interpreting UML artifacts, especially: use cases and use case diagrams, class diagrams, deployment diagrams
- Practical experience with at least two database products
-Solid knowledge of SQL, web services, version control and logging
- Relevant experience in using common test automation tools, especially Selenium - Knowledge of Jira and Confluence
-Excellent communication skills and clear expression
- Solution-oriented approach - Certifications in agile testing are an advantage
