Senior KI-Automatisierungsingenieur

For this project, we are seeking an experienced professional to review, improve, and prepare existing AI-supported business processes and interfaces in the real estate sector for reliable operation. Our client aims to reduce manual rework and ensure the reliable processing of revenue-relevant inquiries.

The project and the tasks

The collaboration begins with a paid inventory of the repositories, data flows, responsibilities, and operational risks of the request process. You will provide a system overview, a prioritized list of measures based on business impact, and a binding, clearly defined proposal for the first implementation phase. These three deliverables will be discussed and approved jointly.

The first implementation focus encompasses the entire process, from website and inquiry to CRM, the responsible sales team, and finally to follow-up and results feedback. Tasks include source attribution, error handling, restarting with protection against duplicate processing, and necessary marketing and website interfaces. Existing, functioning processes will remain the primary focus.

Technical environment and requirements

• Knowledge of Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Windows and Linux, REST APIs, OAuth and Git.
• Experience with AI usage such as GPT/Codex, Claude and Gemini.
• Familiarity with systems such as WordPress, onOffice, Close and marketing tools is advantageous, with API integration and operational experience being paramount.
• Implementation of small, traceable changes with version control, relevant tests, controlled release and documented rollback.
• Setting up timeouts, understandable logs, error alerts and controlled restarts.

Practical information

The work is done remotely. Direct and clear communication in German is required, while technical documentation may be written in English.
