A company within a corporate group is seeking an experienced ServiceNow platform administrator to ensure stable, high-performing, and maintainable platform operations. The focus will be on the administration, further development, and technical support of a small platform team.

Start: ASAP
Duration: 6 months, extension option possible
Remote/On-Site: Remote
Occupancy: 80-100%
Language: German at C1 level

YOUR CHALLENGE

Operation, administration and continuous optimization of the ServiceNow platform.
Management of users, roles, groups and permissions.
Support for upgrades, releases, clones and deployments.
Analysis and resolution of technical malfunctions as well as implementation of performance optimizations.
Contributing to CMDB, discovery, and integration topics.
Advising developers and stakeholders on platform standards, governance and best practices.
Ensuring stable, secure and maintainable platform solutions.
Documentation of operational processes, configurations, and technical decisions.
Technical support, guidance and training of a junior platform administrator.
Promoting structured knowledge transfer within the platform team.

YOUR TALENTS

Must-Have

Several years of experience as a ServiceNow administrator or platform administrator.
Good knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its administration processes.
Experience in at least three of the following areas: ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, Integrations, App Engine or Platform Administration.
Practical experience with user and role management, upgrades, releases and troubleshooting.
Analytical thinking skills as well as a structured and independent way of working.
Strong problem-solving skills and a strong awareness of quality.
Excellent communication skills when dealing with technical and professional stakeholders.
German language skills at least at C1 level.

Nice-to-have

Experience in providing professional support, guidance, or leadership to junior resources.
Enjoyment of knowledge transfer, coaching and the further development of team members.
Experience with the standardization and documentation of platform processes.
Knowledge of agile working methods and IT service management processes.
