A company within a large corporation is seeking an experienced ServiceNow tester to support an agile team in the areas of enterprise architecture and strategic portfolio management. In addition to the technical quality of the testing activities, close collaboration with business units and stakeholders is a key focus.

Start: ASAP, no later than October 14, 2026
Duration: 6 months, extension option possible
Remote/On-Site: Hybrid, on-site presence especially for workshops, UATs and PI Planning
Occupancy: 50%
Language: German preferred, English also possible

YOUR CHALLENGE

Planning, preparation and execution of test activities for ServiceNow solutions.
Creation, maintenance and execution of test cases including traceable test documentation.
Conducting and coordinating user acceptance tests together with the specialist departments.
Identification, documentation and tracking of defects until successful resolution.
Close coordination with the development team, specialist departments and other stakeholders.
Support for testing activities in the areas of Enterprise Architecture and Strategic Portfolio Management.
Contributing to the design and execution of automated tests using the Automated Test Framework.
Participation in agile ceremonies, workshops and PI Plannings.
Transparent documentation and regular reporting on test progress, risks and results.
Support in the further development of testing processes and quality standards in the project.

YOUR TALENTS

Must-Have

Practical experience in testing ServiceNow solutions.
Experience in planning, conducting, and documenting software tests.
Structured, independent and quality-conscious work style.
Secure communication with specialist departments, development teams and other stakeholders.
Experience in agile project environments, ideally with Scrum or SAFe.
Good communication skills as well as a committed and solution-oriented approach.
Willingness to participate in on-site workshops, UATs and PI Plannings.

Nice-to-have

Experience with the Automated Test Framework (ATF) from ServiceNow.
Project experience in the field of Enterprise Architecture.
Experience with Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
Good German skills; alternatively, confident communication in English.
